New Jersey S1511 requires all State officers and employees in the Executive Branch and Judicial Branch, as well as county and municipal officers and employees, to complete a cybersecurity awareness training program annually. The training must be approved by the Chief Technology Officer of the New Jersey Office of Information Technology and will be provided online. Additionally, members of the Legislature and officers and employees in the Legislative Branch must also complete the training.
