New Jersey S149 establishes a program for the issuance of 250th Anniversary Revolutionary War license plates. The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission is required to issue these plates upon proper application. The design, including an emblem and color scheme, is to be chosen by the Chief Administrator in consultation with the New Jersey Historical Commission. The plates will be subject to the provisions of chapter 3 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes, except as otherwise specified.
