Allows students to use part of their Educational Opportunity Fund grants during summer sessions.

This bill permits students to use a portion of their opportunity grants, funded through the Educational Opportunity Fund program, during summer sessions for courses that fulfill graduation requirements or award credits in their academic major. Students must notify the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education of their intent to use a portion of their grant for summer courses. The Secretary will adjust the grant amount for the academic year accordingly and inform the student of the reduced amount.
