Provides $1.3 billion in federal funds to the Department of Environmental Protection for lead service line replacement projects.

Makes $1.3 billion in federal funds available to the Department of Environmental Protection for lead service line replacement projects. The funds will be used in conjunction with the New Jersey Infrastructure Financing Program. The Department of Environmental Protection will determine the amount of matching funds required from suppliers of water, except for small water suppliers, which may commit to future matching funds. The New Jersey Infrastructure Bank may use up to one percent of the funds to cover administrative expenses.
