New Jersey S1316 renames the Division of Purchase and Property in the Department of the Treasury to the Division of Public Procurement. The bill revises certain aspects of the State procurement process, including changing the timeframe for submission of ownership disclosure statements and financial statements from at the time of bidding to prior to the contract award.
