Allocates 10 percent of Green Acres funding to local government units for development of completely inclusive playgrounds.

This bill allocates 10 percent of Green Acres funding to local government units for the development of completely inclusive playgrounds. The Green Acres program, which uses corporation business tax revenues for open space, farmland, and historic preservation, will now earmark a portion of its funding for inclusive playground projects. Local governments can use these funds to develop new inclusive playgrounds or retrofit existing ones to meet accessibility standards.
