This bill expands "Daniel’s Law" to prohibit the disclosure of personal identifying information of a victim support advocate and victim support care provider. A “victim support advocate” is defined as a victim witness coordinator or a victim witness advocate in the State Office of Victim-Witness Advocacy in the Division of Criminal Justice in the Department of Law and Public Safety or in a county prosecutor’s office.
