Bans unauthorized restaurant reservation arrangements by third-party reservation services.

This bill prohibits third-party reservation services from advertising, listing, promoting, or selling reservations for food service establishments without a written agreement. Affected parties can seek injunctive relief, actual damages, attorney's fees, and other remedies in civil court.
