Establishes a legislative internship program for veterans in New Jersey.

The bill creates a legislative internship program for veterans in New Jersey, offering them employment opportunities in the public policy field. To be eligible, veterans must have been honorably discharged, released from active duty within the last five years, and at or below the pay grades of E-5 or O-3. They must also have a minimum of a 20 percent service-connected disability rating, except for Purple Heart recipients. New Jersey residents will be prioritized for the program.
