This bill amends the "Common Sense Shared Services Pilot Program Act" to include Bergen County as a pilot county. The pilot program allows municipalities in these counties to share services for positions such as municipal clerk, chief financial officer, assessor, tax collector, municipal treasurer, or municipal superintendent of public works, regardless of tenure rights. Currently, Atlantic, Camden, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Sussex, and Warren Counties are the pilot counties.
