New Jersey S112 directs unclaimed electric and gas utility deposits and societal charge revenues to be paid to designated nonprofit energy assistance.

New Jersey S112 mandates that unclaimed deposits from electric and gas utilities in the Unclaimed Utility Deposits Trust Fund be allocated to Statewide nonprofit energy assistance organizations selected by the Board of Public Utilities.
