Directs State Treasurer to reduce State operating aid to public research university by costs of agreements with student protestors.

This bill directs the State Treasurer to reduce State operating aid to a public research university by the costs incurred in implementing agreements with students protesting the Israel-Hamas conflict. These agreements include accepting and providing aid for displaced Gazan students, establishing an Arab Cultural Center, forming a partnership with Birzeit University, hiring administrators and professors with expertise in relevant areas, and displaying flags of a country designated as a foreign terrorist organization. The bill also includes amnesty for those involved in anti-Semitic protests.
