Memorializes Congress and the President to pass and enforce immigration reform to protect the nation.

The bill memorializes Congress and the President to pass and enforce comprehensive immigration reform legislation. It urges Congress to expedite the removal of illegal aliens, increase criminal sentences and fines for alien smuggling, enhance penalties for offenses committed while armed, permit the use of the Army and Air Force to secure the border, and impose penalties on countries that do not accept return of nationals. The President is requested to enforce existing immigration laws and warn Mexico against actions encouraging illegal immigration.
