Establishes Assembly Select Committee on COVID-19 Contact Tracing Data Privacy.

Establishes the Assembly Select Committee on COVID-19 Contact Tracing Data Privacy to review how data collected for contact tracing will be used, including data types, authorized uses, data retention, destruction protocols, and data mining prevention. The committee will submit a report with recommendations to the General Assembly within 60 days of organizing. The committee comprises nine members, with five appointed by the Speaker and four by the Minority Leader. The Speaker appoints a chairperson and the Minority Leader appoints a vice-chairperson.
