Extends the deadline for the Disparity in State Procurement Study Commission to report its findings.

This bill extends the reporting deadline for the Disparity in State Procurement Study Commission to December 31, 2024. The commission was established in 2017 to assess procurement practices by state and local government units and recommend policies to promote opportunities for small, disadvantaged, and minority- and women-owned businesses. The commission consists of 15 members appointed by the Senate, General Assembly, Governor, and state departments.
