Establishes the "Autism and Developmental Disabilities Study Commission" to study training for organizations.

The joint resolution establishes the "Autism and Developmental Disabilities Study Commission" to study how organizations, including hospitals, law enforcement agencies, prosecutors’ offices, and courts, train their employees to identify and interact with people with autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental disabilities. The commission will issue a report one year after its organization and dissolve 30 days after submitting the report.
