Establishes the "New Jersey Technology Task Force" to study and recommend technology upgrades for state government.

The New Jersey Technology Task Force will study potential upgrades to state computer systems, networks, software, and hardware. The task force will recommend which upgrades are critical and which may be implemented incrementally. The task force will consist of 11 members, including the Chief Technology Officer, the Director of the New Jersey Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Cell, and the Director of the Administrative Office of the Courts.
