Establishes the "New Jersey Domestic Violence and Legal Access Task Force" to study unmet legal needs in domestic violence matters.

The bill establishes the "New Jersey Domestic Violence and Legal Access Task Force" to examine the impact of the lack of access to legal counsel in domestic violence matters on New Jersey residents. The task force will study the consequences of this lack of access on victims and defendants in domestic violence cases. It will be composed of 16 members, including public members appointed by the Governor, representatives from legal education and legal services, and officials from the judiciary and law enforcement.
