New Jersey Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 135 amends the Legislative Code of Ethics to require annual disclosure of all public employment held by members of the Legislature or their spouses. Each member must file a public employment disclosure statement by May 15 each year, detailing all positions held during the preceding calendar year. The Office of Legislative Services will provide technical assistance to implement these changes, which will take effect immediately and apply to filings in 2027 and thereafter.
