Directs the State Commission on Investigation to examine human trafficking at massage and bodywork therapy businesses.

The bill directs the State Commission on Investigation to investigate human trafficking activity at businesses employing massage and bodywork therapists. The commission may consult with other states and law enforcement agencies. If evidence of human trafficking or criminal wrongdoing is found, the commission must refer it to the Attorney General. The investigation report, due within two years, may be delayed at the Attorney General's request. The report will summarize findings and recommend actions to address human trafficking.
