Adds one dental assistant to the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry.

The bill amends the composition of the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry by adding one dental assistant to its membership. The dental assistant must hold a baccalaureate degree and have resided and been employed in New Jersey for at least 10 years.
