Directs Commissioner of Education to develop sexual assault prevention training for high school athletic directors and coaches.

Directs the Commissioner of Education, in consultation with the Division of Criminal Justice, to develop a training program for high school athletic directors and coaches on preventing sexual assault and identifying signs of sexual assault. The program must also include information on services available to victims of sexual assault. The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association must require completion of the training every four years.
