Extends validity of temporary instructional certificate for military spouses and eliminates issuance fee.

This bill amends existing law to extend the validity of temporary instructional certificates for military spouses from 180 days to 365 days, with the possibility of another 365-day extension. It also eliminates the issuance fee for these certificates. Additionally, the bill mandates expedited processing of applications for New Jersey instructional certificates submitted by military spouses and prohibits any fee for obtaining these certificates.
