Expands definition of child abuse or neglect to include additional perpetrators and establishes service requirements for children engaging in.

This bill revises the definition of child abuse or neglect to include acts committed by individuals other than the child's parent or legal guardian. It also establishes requirements for providing services to children who engage in problematic sexual behaviors. The Division of Child Protection and Permanency must refer such children and their parents or guardians to behavioral health care providers for services, supports, and assistance.
