This bill prohibits the New Jersey Economic Development Authority from issuing any form of financial assistance, including grants, loans, loan guarantees, tax credits, or other subsidies, to support the development or operation of a wind energy project. The bill also repeals a statute that currently provides for the authority to issue tax credits for offshore wind projects.
