Prohibits COVID-19 vaccine mandates by state, county, local entities, and schools; establishes reimbursement for out-of-pocket vaccine costs.

New Jersey A845 restricts mandates for COVID-19 vaccination by state, county, and local government entities, as well as public and private child care centers, schools, and institutions of higher education. The restriction does not apply to health care workers or individuals employed by or providing services at a licensed health care facility who are required to receive the vaccine as a condition of working with a medically-vulnerable population.
