New Jersey A844 prohibits government entities and schools from requiring influenza vaccinations for individuals aged 18 and under.

New Jersey A844 prohibits any state, county, or local government employee, entity, or elected official, as well as any private or public school, from requiring an individual who is 18 years of age or younger to undergo the administration of an influenza vaccine or any other injection, medication, or procedure designed to provide immunity from influenza. This prohibition applies directly or indirectly. The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
