Establishes the New Jersey Transit ADA Task Force to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The New Jersey Transit ADA Task Force is established to study and compile a list of upgrades needed to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act for all terminals, stations, stops, and equipment owned or operated by New Jersey Transit or contracted entities. The task force will determine the cost of each upgrade and whether ramps can be installed where elevators are not available or not compliant. The task force will prepare and submit a report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the Legislature within two years.
