Extends the time for developers to file plat or deed for minor subdivision approval from 190 to 280 days.

This bill amends existing law to extend the time period within which a developer is required to file a plat or deed, exhibiting conformity with the minor subdivision approval, from 190 days to 280 days. The planning board may grant an extension of minor subdivision approval for a period not exceeding one year if the developer proves they were prevented from proceeding due to delays in obtaining legally required approvals from other governmental entities. The developer must apply promptly and diligently for the required approvals.
