Clarifies that a fishing license is not required for fishing at a private community lake in New Jersey.

This bill specifies that a fishing license is not required for residents of a private community or their authorized guests to fish at a private community lake. A "private community lake" is defined as a manmade, self-contained body of water located on land owned by a private community, under the exclusive control of community members or residents, and stocked and maintained at their sole expense. The bill aims to prevent citations for unlicensed fishing at these lakes.
