New Jersey A687 eliminates the supplemental realty transfer fee imposed by P.L.2003, c.113. The fee had a graduated structure based on the selling price of the property. Counties retained a portion of the fee, while the remainder was remitted to the State. The bill also amends P.L.1968, c.49 and repeals section 2 of P.L.2003, c.113. This act takes effect immediately.
