New Jersey A674 prohibits mandatory face mask requirements for students in public or nonpublic elementary and secondary schools, including both indoor and outdoor areas of school buildings and school grounds, as well as on school buses. The bill allows students to voluntarily wear face masks. The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
