New Jersey A646 prohibits sports wagering advertisements online and on television broadcasts in the state.

New Jersey A646 prohibits sports wagering licensees, and their employees, agents, and contracted operators, from posting, distributing, broadcasting, disseminating, or otherwise making viewable to the public any sports pool related advertising via the Internet or any other web-based platform, including mobile applications. It also prohibits broadcasting any sports pool related advertising via a cable television service or cable television system based in the state.
