Exempts qualified veterans from firearm-related fees in New Jersey.

The bill exempts qualified veterans from paying certain firearm-related fees in New Jersey. A "qualified veteran" is defined as a resident of the state who has a service-connected disability, is a Medal of Honor recipient, or is a Purple Heart recipient. The fees exempted include those for a firearms purchaser identification card, a permit to purchase a handgun, a permit to carry a handgun, and a license to possess and carry a machine gun or assault firearm. The bill amends sections of the New Jersey Statutes to implement these exemptions.
