Establishes NJ Military Family Relief Fund for grants to military personnel and their families.

New Jersey A633 establishes the New Jersey Military Family Relief Fund to provide grants up to $2,500 for essential expenses to military personnel, National Guard members, veterans, and their families. The fund will be supported by taxpayer contributions on state income tax returns and other sources. The Adjutant General will determine eligibility and manage the application process. Grants are limited to one per applicant per 12-month period. The fund is nonlapsing and held by the State Treasurer.
