Transfers Division of Food and Nutrition from Department of Agriculture to DHS; appropriates $128.241 million for farmland preservation.

This bill transfers the Division of Food and Nutrition from the Department of Agriculture to the Department of Human Services. It also appropriates $128.241 million from constitutionally dedicated revenues to the State Agriculture Development Committee for farmland preservation purposes.
