New Jersey A584 requires employers in the construction industry to notify employees of their rights to unemployment benefits, minimum wage, overtime, and other federal and state workplace protections. Employers must provide written notification in English, Spanish, and any other language deemed necessary by the commissioner. The notification must be posted in accessible locations and given to employees within 30 days of issuance, at the time of hiring, or upon request.
