Directs the Department of Environmental Protection to use settlement funds from 3M for PFAS remediation equipment.

The bill mandates the Department of Environmental Protection to establish the "PFAS Settlement Remediation Fund" with funds from a settlement or judgment with 3M Company regarding perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination. The fund will be used to purchase filtration systems and other equipment for removing PFAS from drinking water and remediating PFAS contamination. The department must also establish processes for local government units to submit receipts for equipment purchases and receive reimbursements, subject to fund availability.
