Eliminates eligibility for State student financial aid and in-State tuition for certain students, including undocumented immigrants, in New Jersey.

This bill amends existing laws to eliminate eligibility for State student financial aid and in-State tuition at public institutions of higher education for certain students, including undocumented immigrants. Specifically, it removes the provision that allowed students who attended high school in New Jersey for three or more years, graduated from a New Jersey high school, or received a high school diploma in New Jersey to qualify for these benefits. The bill repeals sections of law that previously provided these benefits and makes technical amendments to other sections of law.
