Complete·1/12/26

New Jersey A560 mandates anti-human trafficking training for transportation network company drivers.

New Jersey A560 requires transportation network company drivers to complete an anti-human trafficking training course approved by the Attorney General. The course must be provided within 90 days of the bill's effective date and includes an overview of human trafficking, guidance on reporting and responding to trafficking, and information on how to report suspected trafficking. Drivers must certify completion of the course to the transportation network company, and failure to do so results in being prohibited from using the company's digital network to provide rides.
