Adjusts monthly Medicaid capitation rate for participants in Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly.
The bill adjusts the monthly Medicaid capitation rate for participants in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). It sets the rate at no less than 98 percent of the amount that would otherwise have been paid by the State if the participant were not enrolled in the PACE program, and were instead receiving long-term care services under the Medicaid fee-for service delivery system. For dually eligible participants, the rate is set at no less than 95 percent. The changes apply to PACE programs beginning operation on or after July 1, 2026, for the first 24 months of operation.
