Establishes expedited permitting review program for certain meat and poultry processing establishments in New Jersey.

The Processing Establishment Fast Track Act establishes an expedited, interagency permit review process for qualifying meat, meat food product, and poultry processing establishments in New Jersey. The Department of Agriculture would coordinate this process across the Department of Environmental Protection and various State and local agencies. The program includes a one-year pilot program with Warren County Community College and Rutgers Cooperative Extension providing site readiness assessments, application completeness reviews, and other support.
