Authorizes payment of relocation costs under Blue Acres program.

This bill amends the Blue Acres program to allow the use of dedicated CBT funding for relocation costs, including housing counseling expenses and direct payments to households. It also modifies the definition of "Blue Acres project" to include relocation of residents using various property transfer methods. The bill clarifies that demolition and restoration activities can be carried out via direct contracts without requiring approval from the Division of Property Management and Construction. It takes effect immediately.
