Expands volunteer tuition credit program to volunteers and their dependents enrolled in four-year public institutions and increases the maximum.

This bill modifies the Volunteer Tuition Credit Program to include volunteers and their dependent children and spouses enrolled in four-year public institutions of higher education. It raises the maximum value of the tuition credit from $2,400 to $4,000 over four years of eligibility. Volunteers must serve for at least four years and maintain a "C" grade average to qualify.
