Expands role of New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute and transfers $3 million to Department of Human Services for Children's Mental Health Data.

The bill expands the role of the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute (NJHCQI) to support implementation of the Children's Mental Health Mapping Report recommendations. It transfers $3 million from the Department of Children and Families to the Department of Human Services for establishing a Children's Mental Health Data Dashboard. The NJHCQI will facilitate stakeholder engagement, provide policy and technical assistance, and monitor implementation progress.
