New Jersey A5190 requires benefits under certain state property tax relief programs to be provided as credits on eligible claimants' property tax bills. These programs include the ANCHOR Property Tax Relief Program, the Homestead Property Tax Reimbursement Program (Senior Freeze), the Stay NJ Property Tax Credit Program, and the veterans and senior and disabled persons property tax deductions.
