Allows unexpended State aid for nonpublic school nursing and security services to support nonpublic school transportation services.
This bill permits unexpended funds from the nonpublic school nursing services aid program and the nonpublic school security aid program to be used for nonpublic school transportation services. If a school district's expenditures are less than the State aid received for these programs, the district may use the unexpended aid for the other program. The bill also requires boards of education to estimate costs and student numbers for these services annually.
