This bill modifies the requirements for licensure in marriage and family therapy. It reduces the required full-time supervised marriage and family therapy experience from three years to two years. It allows applicants to apply up to 300 hours of client contact earned during their master's degree towards the experience requirements. It also shortens the waiting period for applicants who fail an examination from six months to 90 days.
