Requires labeling of food products containing animal cell-cultivated products.

Requires packaged cell-cultivated food products to have a label indicating the product is or contains cell-cultivated food. The label must be clear, conspicuous, and not obscured. Misbranded products are those not labeled in accordance with these provisions. The Commissioner of Health, in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, shall adopt rules and regulations to implement these provisions. These rules and regulations shall include standards for indication of cell-cultivated food on menus or displays, and verbal notification for circumstances when signage is not efficacious.
