Authorizes visiting advanced practice nurses to prescribe medications and devices in New Jersey if they meet educational qualifications.

This bill would authorize visiting advanced practice nurses to engage in the limited practice of prescribing medications and devices in New Jersey, provided they meet certain educational qualifications. A visiting advanced practice nurse is defined as a non-resident temporarily present in the state, licensed or certified as an advanced practice nurse by another state or jurisdiction, and not seeking full certification by endorsement in New Jersey.
